TREB Applauds City Hall Committee Recommending Changes to Second Suites

TREB applauds the City of Toronto’s Planning and Housing Committee for moving forward with initiatives to facilitate the creation of secondary suites.  We encourage City Council to adopt the Committee’s recommendations, which are consistent with the input that TREB submitted to the Committee.
